WE PROVIDE: BOTOX
What
are cosmetic injectible fillers?
Of increasing importance in the field of facial rejuvenation is the concept
of volume replacement with inert fillers. As we age, collagen - the protein
matrix that maintains skin firmness - gradually disappears and the dermis
loses both water and volume. While BOTOX is the treatment of choice for
fine lines and wrinkles, dermal fillers add volume that time has taken
away.
The process, known as soft tissue augmentation, uses injectable, natural, non-collagen based fillers of hyaluronic acid. These fillers are a natural part of dermal tissue and are gradually absorbed over 6-9 months. Fillers are used to treat fine to deep wrinkles, nasolabial folds and smile lines. Lips can be augmented and contoured. Side effects include swelling, itching and bruising for 1-2 days.
