  • Lipodissolve is a painless alternative to liposuction.

    What To Expect:
The medications used in Lipodissolve melt the fat beneath the skin and shrink the fat cells in the fascia layer above the muscle. The fat dissolves and, as occurs when fat is broken down during typical weight loss, is carried through the bloodstream and excreted by the kidneys and bowel. Lipodissolve results are measured in inches. Because fat is melted under the skin, about one pound of fat per week is lost. (That's four sticks of butter!) The Lipodissolve treatment can be applied to arms, waist, hips, back and legs, all in one session or individually. Patients can lose up to 4 inches on their waist, hips and thighs.

Cellulite is an accumulation of fat, fluid and toxins trapped in a network of connective tissue fibers in the mesoderm layer. Lipodissolve is a permanent solution that eliminates dimpling and misshapen fat under the skin. The fat cells inflate, causing a rippling and puckering of the skin, commonly referred to as orange peel skin due to poor lymphatic and venous circulation.

    Techniques of Lipodissolve:
Using a needle free, FDA approved, transdermal system, the medication passes Into the mesoderm of the skin relatively painlessly. This occurs because there are NO NEEDLES! Microdermabrasion is used first to disrupt the supeificial skin layer. A sterile wand is then placed on the skin. Using a gentle back and forth motion, under a mild electric charge, the medication passes through the skin without any visible punctures or skin damage! Patients have universally responded that the treatments cause only a mild tingle feeling on the skin.

    Postprocedure:
All patients will be asked to follow a low carb, high protein diet that includes drinking lots of water to help flush out toxins and dissolved fat. A light exercise program will help circulate the medications used and improve results.
